I think there can be more solutions for this, but this I found the easiest way.

1. What we need

•     an XMMS player ;-)
•     song change plugin [libsong_change.so] - I think it`s default there
•     logjam-xmms

2. Solution

    Open XMMS preferences (Ctrl+P), section General Plugins, and there configure the Song Change plugin. In the first command field put:

gajim-remote change_status `gajim-remote get_status NAME_OF_YOUR_ACCOUNT` "XMMS plays: `logjam-xmms-client`" NAME_OF_YOUR_ACCOUNT

   And it`s done.
